PROJECT 63
Project 63 is a new four-story retail space currently under construction at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue. It will include flagship retail and restaurant opportunities. The first phase of the retail space to expected to be complete by fall 2023.

If you would prefer to shop off the Strip, the outlet shopping malls are a great way to get designer goods at discounted prices. The Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is an airy, outdoor village-styled center featuring over 175 designer and name-brand retailers offering savings up to 65% every day, as well as a number of dining options. The Las Vegas South Premium Outlets is a climate controlled indoor mall located 2.5 miles south of the Strip that offers more than 140 outlet stores. Both outlet malls can easily be reached by taxi, ride share or the public bus.
