6 Acts & 15 Hit Songs
Act 1 kicks off the show by displaying the talent himself – one of the most talented & young MJ impersonators in Las Vegas along with the group, Jackson 5 all together! Highlights include “ABC”, a 1970 number-one hit by The Jackson 5; “BEN”, the second studio album by Michael Jackson, released by Motown Records on August 4, 1972; and “The Love You Save” – the song’s lyrics feature Michael and Jermaine warning a “fast” girl to slow down and “stop” because “the love you save may be your own!”
Act 2 features singles from “Off the Wall”. Five singles were released from the album and it was one of the hottest albums of all time. The cast proves Disco is still alive and well in the late 70’s and the talent shines bright with some of the world’s best Michael Jackson impersonators.
Act 3 brings us “Thriller”. In just over a year, Thriller became—and currently remains—the world’s best-selling album, with estimated sales of 66 million copies. It is the best-selling album in the United States. During this act MJ performs with some of the world’s best dancers with the best of set design and lighting schemes to create the ultimate MJ The Evolution stage experience in the world.
Act 4 is “Billie Jean” which was one of the best-selling singles of 1983; the biggest-selling single for Jackson as a solo artist; and the performance that introduced the moonwalk dance while wearing a single white sequined glove. “Billie Jean” was the number one song on Billboard for 10 weeks.
Act 5 is time for “Dirty Diana” which captures the high-intensity & live experience of one of MJ’s concerts, complete with a guitar solo. “Dirty Diana” was one of Michael’s hottest songs of all time.
Act 6 brings us “Smooth Criminal”. The song contains a fast-paced beat intertwined with Jackson’s lyrics about a woman named Annie, who has been violently attacked in her apartment by a smooth assailant. The simple artistry of dance is showcased in the dynamic performance and once again Michael Firestone shows why he is one of the worlds best MJ impersonators.
Finale. Michael Jackson never had a chance to say goodbye to his fans that he loved so much. MJ The Evolution will do it for him through a Hologram performance and video reflection.
