For those of us who are actually up in time for breakfast in Las Vegas, there are lots of options. And as with everything Vegas, you can usually find what you are craving for a range of prices. We have compiled a list of the best cheap breakfast options in Las Vegas (or at least reasonably priced) so you can get your day started without breaking the bank.
10. Village Pub and Café
Location – Ellis Island Hotel, 4178 Koval Lane, one block east of the Las Vegas Strip
The original Village Pub location was opened in 1968, on the corner of Koval and Flamingo, where Ellis Island Casino & Brewery sits today, as a small locals’ bar with only two items on the menu; a bowl of chili and a ham sandwich. They have now expanded to over 12 locations in Vegas and are known for great food, at great prices.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night, the Village Pub & Café is sure to satisfy your cravings. With prices that won’t break the bank, the menu has a wide variety of items always available to ensure that 2 a.m. steak craving is satisfied.
The Breakfast Special, which is not on the menu, is Steak and Eggs for $6.99. An eight-ounce New York steak grilled over the open flame, served with two eggs any style, house made potatoes and your choice of toast. Even cheaper, but just as yummy is the Two Eggs Any Style breakfast. Two eggs cooked any style served with housemade potatoes and toast for $5.99.
Great food, good sized portions, great price.
9. La Salsa Cantina
Location – inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Hotel, 3663 Las Vegas Blvd South

This location at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood was opened May 11, 2002. For those of you old enough to remember, it was called the Desert Passage at Aladdin back then.
The Breakfast Special comes with 2 eggs any style, choice of bacon, ham or sausage, southwest potatoes and choice of corn or flour tortilla for $4.79. But you will need to get there before noon when the special ends. No reservations. As a bonus, Bloody Mary’s are only 0.99 cents.
Excellent service, great price, good food. Arrive early to avoid a lineup.
8. Eggslut
Location – inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South
Eggslut is a chef driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2011. It’s inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodies through classic comfort fare with a twist, all encompassing the key ingredient, eggs.
With an average cost between $7 – $10 Eggslut may not fall perfectly into the cheap eats category. The prices are reasonable, and the sandwiches excellent. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich is our favorite. Hardwood smoked bacon, cage-free over medium egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup in a warm brioche bun.
Friendly service, great food, good price. The lineups can be long. Although they move fast, be prepared to wait.

Order the apple fritter, or try the creme brulee and the strawberry split, which are two of the items commonly ordered together.
Our favorite is the Big Poppa Tart Donut (choose s’mores, strawberry or blueberry) for $5.00. Don’t let the price fool you, this is a BIG donut. The smaller donuts, such as the Boston Crème (yum!) are $3.00.
Open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. (8-12 Saturday and Sunday), the Donut Bar is a big hit.
Light, fluffy donuts, friendly staff, known to close when they run out of donuts!
